Free-form floor. Members and visitors trade specific asks and offers. Recognition for the day’s strongest referral pairs.
Tea and close
Networking tea. Founding Member desk stays open for on-site applications.

Questions people ask
What is the refund and transfer policy?
Full refund on cancellation up to 20 September 2026. Fifty percent refund from 21 September to 30 September. No refund from 1 October, since catering and venue numbers are locked by then.
Name transfer to another person from the same company is free up to 18:00 IST on 5 October 2026. Write to events@thebr.network with the new attendee details. Refunds reach the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
Do I get a GST tax invoice?
Yes. A tax invoice is issued for every paid registration and emailed within minutes of payment. Enter your GSTIN at checkout to claim input tax credit. Place of supply is Karnataka, so CGST 9% and SGST 9% apply for every attendee under section 12(6) of the IGST Act 2017.
My membership number is not accepted. What now?
Check the format and copy the number from your member app under Profile. If the number still fails, register as a visitor and write to members@thebr.network with your details. Once we verify your membership, the fee difference is refunded to your original payment method.
Where do I get a coupon code?
Coupon codes are issued by THEBR for founding cohorts, partner associations and host members. Codes are single use and tied to visitor passes. THEBR staff never ask for payment outside the official payment page.
What are the terms of entry?
Entry needs a valid QR badge and a photo ID matching the badge name. Badges are personal and non-transferable at the gate. Business dress. THEBR reserves the right to refuse entry for conduct breaching the code of conduct. Recording of sessions is not allowed without written permission. THEBR is not liable for personal belongings left unattended.
Is lunch included?
Yes. A seated lunch at Shangri-La is part of both passes, along with morning and evening refreshments. Select your meal preference in the form. Changes after 5 October are subject to venue confirmation.
Can I bring my team?
Yes. Add every attendee to the same cart and pay once. Each attendee gets a separate badge and ticket number. A single tax invoice covers the whole order.
How is my data handled?
THEBR collects your details to process registration, issue your badge and invoice, seat you at the event and meet legal record-keeping duties. Data is processed under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 on the consent you give in the form. Payment data is handled by the payment provider, not by THEBR. Write to the grievance officer at privacy@thebr.network to access, correct or erase your data, or to withdraw consent.
