Refund Policy

Last updated: [DD Month 2026]  ·  Operated by Pink Stone Consulting Solutions LLC

This Refund Policy explains when membership and Founding Member fees paid to THEBR (operated by Pink Stone Consulting Solutions LLC) can be refunded. Please read it together with our Terms of Use. Payments are processed by our payment provider acting as Merchant of Record, and their refund terms also apply.

1. Standard membership services — non-refundable

Consistent with standard practice for digital subscription services, membership and subscription fees for the THEBR Platform are non-refundable once access to the service has been provided. This includes annual or recurring membership plans. You may cancel to stop future renewals, but fees already paid for a current term are not refunded except where required by law.

2. Founding Member registration — limited refund window

Founding Member registration fees are treated differently, because Founding Members join before the Platform goes live in their region.

Founding Member refund rule. Your Founding Member registration fee is refundable until the official soft-launch date of THEBR in your region. Once your access is confirmed, activated, and live, the Founding Member fee becomes non-refundable. If your access is confirmed but not activated, you may claim a refund.

In other words: before your region launches, you can request a full refund. Access confirmed but not yet activated remains refundable on request. Once your access is confirmed, activated, and live, the founding fee is non-refundable because the service has been delivered.

3. How to request a refund

Email refunds@thebizref.com from your registered email with your name and payment reference before the cut-off in Section 2. Eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method; timing depends on our payment provider and your bank.

4. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes mandatory consumer rights you may have under local law. For example, consumers in the EU/UK may have a statutory cooling-off period for digital services unless they have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of that right at checkout; consumers in India retain their rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Where a mandatory legal right gives you a stronger entitlement than this policy, that legal right prevails.

5. Payment provider & chargebacks

Because our payment provider is the Merchant of Record, their refund and dispute policies apply to your transaction and may, in some cases, differ from or override parts of this policy. Please contact us first so we can resolve any issue directly before raising a chargeback.
