These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the THEBR website, application, and services (together, the "Platform"), operated by Pink Stone Consulting Solutions LLC ("THEBR", "we", "us"). By registering, accessing, or using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Who may use THEBR

The Platform is intended for business owners and professionals aged 18 or older. By using the Platform you confirm that you are at least 18, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you are authorised to act for the business you register.

2. What THEBR is (and is not)

THEBR is a digital-first business-referral network that helps members exchange verified referrals and connect with other business owners. During the current pre-launch phase, registration is an application to join a waiting list; a place on the list is not a guarantee of membership or of a Founding Member position.

No guaranteed results. THEBR is a networking service, not an investment or income opportunity. We do not promise, guarantee, or represent that you will receive any specific number of referrals, any business, or any level of income. Membership fees are paid for access to the Platform and its services — never for the right to earn money by enrolling other members.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Member conduct

Provide honest information about your business and any referrals you pass.
Do not use the Platform for unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
Do not misuse other members' contact details or referral information, or send unsolicited bulk communications.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

5. Fees, billing and Founding Member offer

Membership and Founding Member fees, where applicable, are described on the Platform at the point of purchase. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider acting as Merchant of Record; their terms and applicable taxes apply at checkout. No payment is collected through the pre-launch registration page. Founding Member positions are limited, awarded at our discretion following review, and are subject to the Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The THEBR name, logo, "Root & Reap" branding, Platform content and software are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or use them except as expressly permitted.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not a party to any dealing between members and are not responsible for the conduct, offerings, or outcomes of any member or referral.

8. Member-to-member dealings and disputes

THEBR is a venue that enables independent business owners to connect and exchange referrals. We are not a party to, and do not broker, supervise, or guarantee, any referral, introduction, negotiation, contract, payment, or other dealing between members. Any business a member conducts with another member is conducted solely at that member's own risk and on terms agreed between those members alone.

Verification is not endorsement. Member vetting, identity or business verification, trust indicators, Referral Receipts, TBR figures, badges, and similar features are provided for information only. They do not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or warranty by us of any member, or of the quality, safety, legality, or performance of any member's products, services, or conduct. You remain responsible for your own due diligence before dealing with any member.

Disputes between members. Any dispute, claim, loss, or damage arising between two or more members or users of the Platform (including disputes over referrals, payments, goods, services, professional advice, or conduct) is solely a matter between those members. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, none of THE BIZREF ROOTWORK (THEBR), its operator and parent company Pink Stone Consulting Solutions LLC, or their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, group companies, or sister concerns shall be responsible or liable for any such dispute, or for any loss or damage arising from it, and you release them from all claims, demands, and damages of every kind connected with such disputes.

We may, at our sole discretion, offer voluntary, non-binding assistance to help members resolve a dispute, and we may act on conduct reports under Section 4. Doing so does not make us a party to the dispute and creates no obligation or liability. Nothing in this Section limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, THEBR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, business, or data arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, with disputes subject to arbitration seated in Muscat, save that where you are a consumer resident in another country, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you locally (including, for members in India, rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable rules).

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
