Entrepreneur, connector, and mentor based in Oman. Mohamad leads the Pink Stone group of companies across consulting, travel, and brand communications, and served three years in structured referral networking leadership across the Gulf.
He watched hundreds of business owners give their best hours to weekly meeting rooms. He built THEBR so the same trust works without the mandate: from India to the Gulf and beyond, with proof instead of promises.
A letter from the Founder
Dear Rootworker,
I have spent more than thirty years building ventures across India, the Gulf, and the wider world, learning almost everything worth knowing in rooms full of people. Somewhere along the way, one truth became unmistakable: giving without expecting anything in return is not a tactic. It is identity.
I call this belief Rootwork. A tree stands tall because of what happens beneath it, quietly, out of sight. The roots never ask for applause, yet everything above the ground depends on them. I built my own path the same way: plant value every day, keep no scoreboard, and trust that the canopy takes care of itself.
THEBR exists to carry that belief further than any one person's network ever could. Here, your giving is recorded. Your results are confirmed and published as Receipts. Your roots hold whether you are in Muscat, Mumbai, or Mexico City, because the soil travels with you, backed by verification and technology built for a borderless world.
We call you Rootworkers because roots work quietly. They hold firm in storms, share nutrients with neighbours, and never ask for credit. Do the root work, and, in time, the canopy takes care of itself.
Give without expecting. Plant deep. Grow together.
Where the roots go next
Mohamad's goal is simple to state and hard to build: a referral network where a plumber in Chennai, a consultant in Muscat, and a designer in Toronto trust each other because the proof is public. 20 countries by end of 2027. 150 countries and over 10 million subscribed members by 2040.
